The Maharashtra Lottery Agents' Association has withdrawn its threat to go on a dharna on Monday following talks scheduled with state Finance Minister Mahadev Shivankar same day.

The association was protesting the government's decision to introduce a new lottery ticket of Rs 15 for a jackpot of Rs 21 lakh. They are also demanding daily draws from Monday to Saturday.

Four members of the Rotary Club of Bombay Airport along with two technicians will visit Pakistan for a `slumberkit' projectnext month.
