MUMBAI, Aug 23: A brilliant goal scoring spree by Abdul Khalique saw Bengal Mumbai Football Club (BMFC) thrash MS Police 7-1 to lift the nine-a-side JC Maitra football Trophy at the Shivaji Park today.Khalique scored the first two goals with Herbert Phillip making it 3-0. MS Police then reduced the margin through Abdul Fahim. And then Khalique struck four times in succession.

Semi-Finals: MS Police 4 bt Central Railway 3 (via tie-breaker); BMFC 6 (Abdul Khalique 2, Herbert Phillip 2, Uday Konar 2) bt Holiday Inn 0
Final: BMFC 7 (Abdul Kahlique 6, Herbert Phillip 1) bt MS Police 1 (Abdul Fahim).
