NOIDA, August 23: An additional chief judicial magistrate at a Ghaziabad court has issued a Non-Bailable Warrant(NBW) against the industrialist Gopal Kishan, brother of Gulshan Kumar, in a case of theft at a T-Series factory in sector 4 of Noida.The NBW has been issued after Gopal Kishan failed to appear before the police even after notices were issued under section 160 of CrPC. Police approached the court for the issuance of a NBW.
On August 3, as reported in Express Newsline the in-charge of Super Cassette Industries Factory in Noida, Mohit Kumar had lodged an FIR at the sector 24 police station stating that master positives of inlay cards were stolen from the factory. The complainant had named Gopal Kishan, his father-in-law, brother-in-law and one other as suspect. Mohit had said in his complaint that the master positives were stolen for the second time.
During the course of investigation Kishan Kumar, the youngest brother of Gulshan Kumar, had alleged that Gopal Kishan had phoned him several times after the FIR was lodged and had said that he would destroy the positives if the rest of the family approached the police.
