Petitions against MLA's election dismissed for single column

SHIMLA, Sept 14: Himachal Pradesh High Court, today, dismissed two election petitions challenging the election of Food and Supplies Minister Mansa Ram from Karsog Assembly seat of Manali district.Justice P. K. Palli passing a 34-page order observed that grounds given by the petitioners were not sufficient and that the petitions were liable to be dismissed.
