Just another love story: Dil Se bombs in Assam
Mani Ratnam's much-hyped film Dil Se may have touched the hearts of millions of cine-goers all over the country. But in Assam, on the situation of which the film is based, Dil Se has failed to hit where it matters.

Book on Ajanta caves released
A 255-page book The Ajanta Caves by renowned art historian Benoy K Behl which captures some of the finest works of the Buddhist art in all their glory and luminosity was released by Governor Dr P C Alexander at the Asiatic Society on Thursday. The book which has been published by Thames and Hudson has over 200 illustrations, 189 in colour.
