MUMBAI, September 23: A businessman from Bhayander (west) was stabbed to death by unideintified persons late on Tuesday night.Narendra Bharatram Bishnoi (46) was waylaid near Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation (MBMC) checkpost no 9 and stabbed on chest and lower part of neck. He was found in unconscious state with six to seven stab wounds at around 9.15 pm by traffic constable H P Jadhav who rushed him to the lone public health centre near Tembe village.
However, doctors declared Bishnoi dead before admission, according to police inspector P B Niphade who is investigating the case. Bishnoi dealt with plaster of Paris materials.
Niphade stated that property dispute was the motive behind Bishnoi's murder. He further said Bishnoi was attacked twice before in connection with his property in his native Padardi, Jaipur in Rajasthan.
