NEW DELHI, Sept 23: Indian National Lok Dal, another ally of the BJP-led government at the Centre, today came out demanding dismissal of the Bansi Lal government in Haryana.If law and order was a reason for recommending President's rule in Bihar, then Haryana Vikas Party (HVP) government should be dismissed first where there is no law and order at all, party working president Om Prakash Chautala told reporters here today.
The Dal has four MPs in the Lok Sabha, while HVP is also an ally of the BJP. Chautala, who is the Leader of Opposition in the State, alleged widescale deterioration of law and order, nepotism and corruption by ministers. He charged, on an average there are four murders daily, industrialists have been allowed illegal mining and ministers are running buses without permits. He said that West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra governments should also be dismissed as law and order in these states was also bad. After the Srikrishna report fiasco, Maharshtra government should not have stayed even for a day, he added.
Chautala said he had met Prime Minister A B Vajpayee and Home Minister L K Advani recently and apprised them of the deteriorating law and order situation in Haryana.
