MUMBAI, SEPT 30: HR Commerce shrugged off a slow start to down Shahani Engineering 58-56 in extra time to advance into the quarter-finals of the inter-college basketball tournament held at Indian Gymkhana today. The teams were tied 50-50 in regulation time.In another close match, Fr Rodrigues prevailed by the skin of the teeth, defeating last year's semi-finalist St Andrew's 47-46. Later, it was NM Commerce's turn to pull the rabbit out of the hat. Trailing 19-21 at half-time, NM knocked out last year's runner-up Elphinstone 40-37.
