India has to factor in strategic concerns about China in determining its security needs and nuclear outlook, a senior Clinton administration official acknowledged on Wednesday, marking a significant shift in the way Washington viewed equations in the region.

Mysterious illness hits nuke areas in US, says report
A mysterious pattern of illness is emerging around the United States nuclear weapon plants and research facilities, according to a media report. The Tennessean said no one has ever taken a comprehensive look at the health of these people -- not the public health agencies responsible for their well-being or politicians who represent them, not even the federal government which owns the sites.
