Neons are the life of Mumbai
Neon signs are a trend the world over. Look at Times Square and Las Vegas in the USA, Tokyo, Hong Kong. They're all ablaze with neon signs. The neon signs in London's Piccadilly Circus are a major attraction. Here we don't have display boards with more than 500 feet and when we use 50 transformers, it's a big achievement.

He is handicapped. But that is no handicap to create a world record. P L Valliappan, 28, has plans to create a world record - to build a champagne fountain 30 feet high with 13,000 champagne saucers. He hopes that he will not only figure in the Limca Book of Records but may well earn an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records.
