PM in a whirl over Cabinet expansion
Cabinet expansion is proving to be tricky for Prime Minister AB Vajpayee. AIADMK chief J Jayalalitha is believed to have suggested that whenever the Cabinet is expanded it should be a full-fledged expansion rather than a partial one.
