Advani to hold talks with CMs on Art 356
The Union Home Ministry plans to hold a meeting of Inter-State Council, to be attended by all the Chief Ministers, for a detailed debate on Article 356. The obvious aim being to fire a fresh salvo at the Rabri Devi Government.

The Mideast summit goes into its fourth and final scheduled day, with US President Bill Clinton pulling out all the stops in a high-stakes bid to force the reluctant Israeli and Palestinian leaders to sign a new peace accord.
Sushma reluctant to contest Delhi polls, but BJP insisting
The BJP is grappling with the problems thrown up by the Delhi elections, not least the question of what to do with Chief Minister Sushma Swaraj who was thrust on to the hot seat and is believed to be reluctant to contest the polls though she is being projected as the party's chief ministerial candidate.
