Three arrested

NEW DELHI, October 20: The Okhla police have arrested Ram Avtar, his 12-year-old son and Mukesh in connection with the murder of Govindpuri-resident Rakesh. The dead man's stab-riddled body was found in the Tughlakabad area.Investigations revealed that he was last seen with Ram Avtar, the night before he was found dead. The police say Rakesh apparently had an illicit relationship with Ram Avtar's wife. Avtar and his son sought fruit-seller Mukesh's help.
