K Natwar Singh toattend seminarat PU tomorrow

CHANDIGARH, Oct 22: A seminar on "India after the Bomb: Agenda for peace and security," will be organised on October 24 at Punjab University.K Natwar Singh, former diplomat and Union minister and presently chairman, Foreign Affairs Department of All India Congress Committee will address the seminar.
