Sehwag service in Delhi's dominance

ROHTAK, Oct 23: Virender Sehwag's 118 helped Delhi gain a 160-run first innings lead over Haryana on the second day of the North Zone Ranji Trophy league match here today.

Replying to Haryana's first innings' 139, Delhi were all out for 299, thanks to Sehwag's stroke-filled century, punctuated by three sixes and 16 boundaries.

Lagging behind by 160 runs, Haryana began their second innings on a sour note losing Parinder Sharma and Nitin Goel to Robin Singh and Amit Bhandari, for 60. At end of play, Jatinder Singh on 19 and night watchman Pradip Jain on zero were at the crease.
