Blair, Aznar say Pinochet's fate up to judicial authorities
The British and Spanish Prime Ministers have said that the fate of former Chilean dictator General Augusto Pinochet is in the hands of their judicial authorities and that they will not interfere.

Milosevic has 24 hrs to stave off airstrikes
NATO has given Yugoslav leader Slobodan Milosevic 24 hours to reduce his forces in Kosovo to pre-crisis levels or face airstrikes, officials said. Early Monday, the Serb leader started moving in the right direction.
