Man killed
A daily labourer allegedly stabbed his co-worker to death in Lakshami Gardan area under the Loni police station on Thursday night. The police reportedly arrested the accused with the knife used in the crime. Farroq, the owner of a mutton outlet in Lakshami Garden area, informed the police at around 9.30 pm that one of his daily labourers Kapoori had stabbed the other worker Raju.Compounder found murdered
A 20-year-old youth was found murdered in a Sultanpuri clinic on Thursday morning. The police suspect he had been strangled. Anil Bairagi, had been working as a compounder in the clinic of Dr P.K. Biswas for more than a year. After the days's work got over, Bairagi used to sleep in the clinic. His body was found by the doctor when he went to the clinic in the morning.
Man arrested for robbery
The Kalyanpuri police arrested a youth on Wednesday night minutes after he robbed a scooterist on the Delhi-Noida highway. The accused, Sunil, 22, along with an accomplice reportedly accosted 30-year-old Jai Karan while he was returning from Noida. Karan was forced to hand over his money after the youths threatened him with a knife.
