Jeans is Indian nomination for Oscar award

CHENNAI, Oct 31: Jeans the Tamil feature film, which stars former Miss World Aishwarya Rai, has been selected as the Indian nomination for an Oscar award by the central committee of Film Federation of India, its producers said today.Jeans, directed by well-known director Shankar, with music scored by A R Rehman, is among the seven films selected by FFI, the others being three Hindi films, two Telugu films a Bengali film, according to a press release.
