MUMBAI, NOV 13: Mumbai medium-pacer Swapnil Hazare turned the heat on Baroda and took five wickets even as one-drop batsman Ketan Shah initiated a recovery to help his team to 188 for nine at the end of the first day in the Cooch under-19 cricket match at the MIG ground, Bandra.Hazare made the breakthrough by dismissing opener Akhilesh Rana for nought. Baroda were in desperate situation at 54 for four, but Ketan Shah (90: 247b, 329m, 14x4) found Rohit Chandorkar (37: 140b, 4x4) an able ally in a 81-run partnership.
But within a space of 33 runs Baroda plunged from 154 for five to 187 for nine.
