Punjab teenager strikes correct chord

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
MUMBAI, November 19: Harbhajan Singh is unfazed over the controversy surrounding him. ``I want to keep taking wickets and win as many matches for India as possible,'' he remarked after claiming a career-best haul against West Indies A at the Brabourne Stadium today.

The 18-year-old off-spinner is in fact enjoying a superb run since undergoing corrective measures as indicated by former England offie Fred Titmus after his bowling action was questioned by the International Cricket Council (ICC).

In just three matches, he has claimed 20 wickets. In the two Ranji Trophy matches he played this season representing Punjab, captured 5-39 & 3-54 against Services and returned 6-69 against Delhi.

Harbhajan's bowling display is still not beyond scrutiny as he will be watched closely when he preforms during the New Zealand tour.
