CHANDIGARH, Nov 22: An AIDS awareness rally-cum-procession was flagged off from the premises of Government High School at Kajheri.The rally, consisting of 200 NSS volunteers, was flagged off by Surinder Kaur Tangri, principal of Government College of Education (GCE).
According to the in charge, NSS, Government College of Education , the volunteers moved through the streets of Nehru Colony, and Karsan Colony, Sector 52, distributing leaflets to residents regarding AIDS. The village sarpanch, Kuldip Singh, was also present on the occasion.
