SHIMLA, Nov 22: State NGOs' Federation chairman Gopal Dass Verma has expelled employee leaders Jagdish Chauhan, Sita Ram Chandel, Kapil Sood, Shanti Swaroop Sharma and Sita Ram Dhiman from the primary membership of the federation.Verma, who returned here after attending the foundation day rally of the federation in Sirmaur yesterday, charged the five with hatching a conspiracy to break the federation.
All these leaders are members of the co-ordination committee which favoured early election to the federation.
Verma alleged that the expelled leaders were defaming the federation and had accused its leaders of exchanging money in the transfer scam. He said the federation election would be held after completion of election of the district units.
