Agnesh excels
A brilliant 80 by Agnesh Kumar helped Crifit Academy score a 35-run win over Sarvodaya Vidyalaya (Lajpat Nagar) to enter the semifinal of UST Cup (under-17) at Gulabi Bagh. Replying to Crifit's 169 for nine in the stipulated 35 overs, Sarvodaya Vidyalaya were dismissed for 134 in 28.2 overs.

Brief Scores: Crifit Academy: 169 for 9 in 35 overs (Agnesh Kumar 80, Lalit Rana 3 for 21, Shahsi Kant 2 for 34). Sarvodayala Vidyalaya: 134 in 28.2 overs (Yogesh Kumar 36, Amit Sharma 3 for 23).

R R Gymkhana win
Fine bowling by Rupender Vijay (4 for 25) and Chetanyananda (4 for 30) and a useful knock from Sachin Sahwani (48) helped Rohtak Road Gymkhana beat DDA by 50 runs in the second Hari Singh Tyagi TYCA league at Mohan Nagar.

Brief Scores: R R Gymkhana: 202 for 8 in 40 overs (Sachin Sahwani 48, Sandeep Angurala 24, Pradeep Chawla 24, Suresh Kohli 2 for 28, Shamsuddin 2 for 38). DDA: 152 in 36.5 overs (Mukesh Yadav 60, Gaurav Kumar 31, Rupendra Vijay 4 for 25, Chetanyananda 4 for 30, Sandeep Angurala 2 for 15).

Vidyawati basketball
Mont Fort and Mount Carmel will meet each other in the girls final of the Vidyawati Alagh memorial basketball tournament at Mira Model Senior Secondary School on Monday. In the semifinals, Mont Fort defeated Modern (Barakhamba Road) 31-24 after leading 14-13 at half time while Mount Carmel had the better of Oxford 34-23. In the boys section, Mount St Mary's will take on APS in the final. In the semis, MSM downed Modern 58-43 while APS edged past Ramjas No. 4 by the thinnest margin in their 59-59 win.

Hat-trick by Ranjan
A fine hat-trick by Ajit Ranjan (4 for 38) who also scored a useful 43 with the help of seven fours, helped Amity International (Saket) beat Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan by 34 runs to move into the semifinal of Laxman memorial tournament.

Brief Scores: Amity International (Saket): 210 for 6 in 30 overs (Abhishek Singh 68, Ajit Ranjan 43, Dhiraj 3 for 35). Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan: 176 in 29.1 overs (Abhishek Nag 84, Ajit Ranjan 4 for 38).

Rubal, Shilpa win
Rubal and Shilpa Dalmiya won the boys u-10 and girls u-10 singles titles, respectively, in the Anurag Sengupta memorial mini tennis championships. In the finals, Rubal beat Mohit Kapoor 6-2, 6-1 while Shilpa defeated Anukriti Prasad 6-2, 6-2. The u-12 finals in both sections will be played on Monday.

DU athletics
Delhi University inter-college athletics meet will be held at the `Chhattarsal Stadium from December 9 to 11.
