Case filed as cheque bounces
Indian wicket keeper Nayan Mongia has filed a suit in the chief judicial magistrate (second court) court against Praveenbhai Mohanbhai Gupta of Gupta Enterprises. Mongia had loaned Rs one lakh to Praveenbhai in December 1997 and the latter returned the money through a bank cheque recently.
