Sahib back; Mukhi, Shastri to extend leave in city college

NEW DELHI, December 3: Sahib Singh Verma spent his evening at the Bhagat Singh College (Eve) today. After attending Sheila Dikshit's swearing in ceremony, Verma went to the college around 2 p.m. and was there till seven in the night. A librarian at the college, Verma said that he ``did a bit of routine work'' before calling it a day. On the other hand, Jagdish Mukhi, who is likely to be the leader of the Opposition, has applied for an extension of his five-year long leave. Another winning candidate, Dr Yoganand Shastri's ongoing leave ends tomorrow, following which he is likely to apply for long leave again.
