Murder accused escapes from court

NEW DELHI, Dec 4: A murder accused escaped from police custody while he was being escorted to the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad, on Friday morning.After spending a few hours in the guard room of the court complex, Tinkal and four other accused were being taken to the court room by ASI Manohar Lal. While the police was not sure how Tinkal managed to escape, eye-witnesses said the accused just pushed aside the ASI and disappeared into the crowd.
