Big win for BHA Colts

December 6:Central Railway and BHA Colts, Mumbai won their inaugural matches in the Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Memorial All-India Hockey Tournament, which got under way at Chhatrapati Shivaji Stadium at Kolhapur today. In the opening encounter Central Railway defeated Kolhapur `A' 3-1, while BHA Colts trounced Sangli 15-0.Defending champions Tata Sports, Mahindra and Mahindra, Bombay Juniors, Maharashtra Police, Air-India, Fertilizer Corporation of India (Delhi), Pioneer (Tamil Nadu), Indian Bank (Chennai), South Central Railway, ASC (Jalandhar), SAI (Bangalore) and Punjab Police are among the formidable teams competing in the nine-day tourney.
