House assembles on December 14

NEW DELHI, Dec 8: The Delhi Assembly's winter session will commence from December 14. The first session of the newly-elected Congress Government was advanced in view of the forthcoming AICC session on December 18.Meanwhile, the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee has set up committees for organising food, transport and decoration for the AICC meet to be held in Talkatora Stadium. The meeting was presided over by Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit document''. Luthra (alias Billoo) was directed to furnish a personal bond of Rs 25,000 with one surety of the same amount.
