Tatas to pay Rs 100 crore for ACC stake
The Tatas will shell out Rs 100 crore to increase the stake in cement major Associated Cement Companies Ltd (ACC) from 13% to 20% through the preferential offer of naked warrants.
DPC signs deal with Oman LNG
Dabhol Power Company (DPC) on Tuesday signed a deal with Oman LNG for buying 1.6 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for a period of 20 years.
