New UPSC chairman takes over
PRESS TRUST OF INDIA
NEW DELHI, DEC 11: Lieutenant General (retired) Surinder Nath took over as chairman of the Union Public Service Commission from J M Qureshi today.Lt Gen Nath, former vice-chief of the army staff, joined UPSC as a member in September 1995.
