Aid to late IAS officer's family

INDRAVELLI (Adilabad), Dec 12: Moved by the plight of the family members of the first tribal IAS officer from the State, Tukaran, who died recently, the Chief Minister, N Chandrababu Naidu, announced assistance to the late officer's children adn wife. The Chief Minister, who was on a visit to Indravelli mandal headquarters, aid the four children of the late officer would be given Rs 1 lakh each and Tukaram's wife, Satyavati, a house and Rs 1 lakh.Copyright © 1998 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
