Blast kills 10GUWAHATI: Ten people, including six policemen, were killed in an explosion caused by suspected ULFA militants near Bilasipara in Dhubri district of lower Assam late last night. According to reports reaching here today, the policemen were returning in a jeep from Bilaspara, when a powerful explosion ripped apart their vehicle.
