No harm in signing CTBT now: Jaswant
Declaring that there was ``far better understanding'' in the nation on India's position on the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT), External Affairs Minister Jaswant Singh on Thursday moved India one step closer to a signature on the Treaty.
