Hyderabad to have Visions of India with Bhowani Junction
The Sarajevo package was the undisputed tour de force of last year's film festival. And though Hyderabad may not throw up something as exciting as that, the selection that looks most promising so far is the one titled Visions of India -- a look at our country through the eyes of Indian and non-Indian film-makers.

Life's a party
All the top parties of this season -- Vijay Mallya's birthday bash, the Rohit Bal fashion extravaganza, the Dianoor jewellery show and Jaya, the rock-opera directed by Lilette Dubey -- had one thing in common. The 32-year-old Nimesh Mirchandaney. He looked after everything from the set design to the food.

On The Sidewalk
Kaizad Gustad's Bombay Boys is a film about this city and its people, a tribute to an "incredibly organic, vital city". Yet the director doesn't exactly claim the pulsating metropolis as his own.
