Vehicles stolen
In separate cases of vehicle theft registered by the police on Tuesday, four vehicles were stolen from different parts of the city. According to the police, a Suzuki motorcycle (GJ-6-CC-7197) worth Rs 20,000 from Science Faculty campus of MS University, a Sunny moped (GJ-6-J-4490) worth Rs 7,000 from the parking lot of Templeview Apartment in Fatehgunj area, a Sunny moped (GJ-6-H-9535) worth Rs 8,000 from Swati Vegetable market under Fatehgunj police station and a Bajaj scooter (GJ-6-M-2857) worth Rs 10,000 from Taj Apartment in Yaqutpura under city police station were stolen. Investigations are on.

Liquor seized
The city police seized eight litres of country liquor and three bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) worth Rs 610 during raids at various places in the city on Tuesday. Five people were also arrested in this connection, the police said.
