India wrested back the initiative from New Zealand, reducing the home side to 73 for four on the fourth day of the second cricket Test in Wellington today. New Zealand need 140 runs to win the Test with six wickets in hand.

England win
England completed an astonishing 12-run win in the fourth Ashes Test against Australia. Dismissed for 244 in their second innings, England bowled the Australians out for 162.

SA triumph
South Africa cruised to a nine-wicket victory in the third Test to take an unbeatable 3-0 lead over Windies.
