Cloning to help preserve lions, tigers
The city-based Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) will adopt cloning techniques to preserve endangered species such as lions and tigers in the country.

Who says it doesn't pay?
Human life is "nasty, short and brutish'', notwithstanding all efforts to civilise it. So the recent spate of murders and robberies in Delhi is news but hardly new. The increasing habit of contrived violence is more troubling.

No fuss, no foam: These clothes may never get dirty
Letting children make as much mess as they like, allowing them to play in the mud-filled ground all day long and having their fill of chocolates and candies and still not having to bother about washing their clothes may seem to be a dream for every parent.
