Video film shows pertaining to issues of cultural relevance and wildlife will be held at the museum premises. A `Gallery Discussion' on topics based on the miscellaneous collections housed in the museum will also be organised. The subjects to be discussed include Egyptian Art and Culture, Greek and Roman Art and Culture and Wildlife and Birds of Gujarat.

While colour slide shows on the Culture of Sindhu River and India's Historic Monuments will also be held.

The museum authorities have also organised special clay-modelling demonstrations for school children and teachers. Entry to the museum is free during the `Museum Week' celebrations.
