NEW DELHI, January 7: Delhi lifted the 44th C K Nayudu Trophy for schools cricket by beating Chandigarh by 71 runs in the final played at Jammu recently.In the week-long tournament, Delhi defeated Bihar by seven wickets, Maharashtra by 153 runs and Haryana by 48 runs to enter the final.
This was a hat-trick of wins for the Delhi Schools teams which had won the title in the last two years as well.
Sanjay Bhardwaj and R S Dabas are the two coaches of the Delhi team.
