In another match, Karnataka defeated Bombay Customs 2-1. Narayan Pojari and Damodar Kuckian scored for the winners while Srivastava scored the consolatory goal for Custom.
Mahindras played a 2-2 draw against Rashtriya Chemical Fertilzers (RCF). Pratap Gawand and Farooque Ahmed scored for Mahindras while Rajesh Pal and Meen Gurung had a goal each for RCF.
