The Shiv Sena got a royal snub today when Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee said that no one would be permitted to disrupt the coming Pakistan tour of India. Pakistan High Commissioner Ashraf Jehangir Qazi confirmed that his country's team would play in India. ``The Indian government has assured comprehensive security cover and we are satisfied that they are excellent and there will be no danger to our cricketers. On that basis, they will come to India,'' Qazi said.

Badal not for Tohra's sack
Punjab Chief Minister and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Parkash Singh Badal today said he would not ask for the resignation of Gurcharan Singh Tohra, president of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC).
