Kannada film fete, seminar from January 31
MUMBAI, Jan 25: A three-day festival of Kannada films will held at Y B Chavan Centre from next Sunday. Kannada and Marathi films will be shown during the fete: Girish Kasarvalli's Thai Saheba, T S Nagbharana's Nagamandala (both subtitled), commercial hits like Upendra A, Nagatihalli Chandrashekhar's America America, Dinesh Babu's Laale, V Ravichandra's Preetisode Tappa, Sunil Kumar Desai's Beladingala Bale, and Rajendra Singh Babu's Mungarada Minchu will be screened along with three Marathi films, including Dr Jabbar Patel's Vidhushak, Hamal De Dhamal and Mahesh Kothare's Maza Bakula.Copyright © 1999 Indian Express Newspapers (Bombay) Ltd.
