In a memorandum to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Shrama highlighted that insanitary conditions prevailing in various parts of the city, especially in villages, could lead to the outbreak of an epidemic, which should be checked.The Youth Congress activists have warned that in case steps to remove insanitation are not taken within a month, they would be constrained to intensify their agitation.
