HC notice to PU

CHANDIGARH, Jan 27: Staying the retirement of an assistant librarian with the extension centre of Punjab University's library at Ludhiana, Justice G.C. Garg of Punjab and Haryana High Court has also issued notice of motion to the Punjab University authorities for March 22.In his petition, Om Prakash Sharma had earlier stated that according to a notification issued by the Government, the age of superannuation had been enhanced from 60 to 62 years.
