Guru Ravi Dass jayanti celebrated

CHANDIGARH, Jan 29: Processions to mark the prakash utsav of Guru Ravi Dass were taken out in the city today. A procession was taken out by the Guru Ravi Dass Gurdwara Parbandhak Sabha, Sector 30. The occasion was also celebrated by the residents of Parol village. A bhog ceremony of Sri Akhand Path was performed by the Bhagat Guru Ravi Dass Parbhandak Committee.Speaking on the occasion, committee president Hans Raj Singh asked the people to follow the Guru's teachings regarding brotherhood, equality and dignity of labour.
