BANGALORE, February 2: The Karnataka Housing Board is proposing to cut the rates for the flats in the National Games Housing Complex in a bid to attract buyers. The flats are now priced at Rs 1,500 per sq.ft, and there are about 1,000 flats to be sold. Indications are that the prices will be substantially cut.
