Cricket to culture: Invitation to Lata too
Feb 3 : Responding to Indian suggestions that sporting and cultural activities should be broadened, Sharif said that he would like to invite Lata Mangeshkar to visit Pakistan and perform there. Asked if he will be able to control his fundamentalists the way Vajpayee had handled tthe Shiv Sena, he said, ``I will push it the same way as cricket.'' ``So many great artistes, Mukesh, Talat Mehmood, Mohammed Rafi are lost to us forever.
