MUMBAI, FEBRUARY 3: Defending champions Bank of India meet Dena Bank while Union Bank take on Reserve Bank in the semi-finals of the XIth Western Region Inter-Bank Cricket Tournament (45 overs) conducted by Bombay Mercantile Co-Op Bank.

In a close finish Dena prevailed over Bank of Baroda by 12-runs in the quarter-finals at the Cross Maidan today.

A five wicket haul by off-spinner Nilesh Bhosle and a 94-run stand for the first wicket between Ajit Kolte and Sudhakar Harmalkar enabled Union Bank beat Unit Trust of India by nine wickets.
