Gang raids house, loots gold and cash

BANGALORE, Feb 8: A three-member gang barged into a house in Kengiri Gate and decamped with cash and gold jewellery worth Rs 1 lakh after tying the house wife with a rope. According to police, the gang knocked on the doors of the complainant Venkatachalaih's house and requested his wife Menaka to open the door saying that her husband sent them with some money to the handed over to her.
