MUMBAI February 10: The minority cell of the Samajwadi Party today submitted a memorandum to Governor P C Alexander at Raj Bhavan condemning the Central government's decision to grant visa to writer Salman Rushdie. Respecting the feelings of Muslims in India, Salman Rushdie should not be granted a visa to visit this country, otherwise it will cause a law and order problem and vitiate the atmosphere in the country, the party stated in its memorandum.
